Supporting Leaders through Change

We are surrounded by change organizationally, personally and in our communities. Developing the capacity to guide and support others through transition is vital to the successful governance of nonprofit organizations.

Inspiration, innovation and integration are a part of the process of learning to orient to uncertainty, envision possibility, and to navigate through change for yourself and help others along their own path.

In this session, participants will:
